3rd & 11's Story
A Panthers Football Player turned coach and middle school social studies teacher returns to his hometown. Hero? Not so much, but given the access to resources and knowledge our founder Brandon Hayes has, he thought it would be great to help the youth that he once was. In 2020, when the pandemic hit, Coach Hayes decided to take on opening up a non-profit, titled 3rd & 11, inc. His target audience? The Youth in his hometown. He had seen first hand how just an opportunity and community can change one's life, and he is making it his goal to bring better opportunities to his hometown's youth.
Our core values rest in: community. commitment to the youth, and hard work.
